Emma Anderson Beavers

Operating Partner

Operations, Branding, and Marketing guru, who helps early-stage teams enter and scale in the U.S., bridging people strategy, processes, and marketing/branding.

She’s supported two unicorn journeys—at Drizly (acquired by Uber) and Chronosphere (acquired by Palo Alto Networks)—building hiring operations, operating rhythms, and cross-functional execution across Boston and New York City.

Kate Kovalenko

E-commerce, tech sector, and venture capital leader. Current Associate Partner at Momenta and former Associate at DEPO Ventures, a pre-seed generalist fund based in Prague, with roots in Ukraine.

Experienced in working with startups in dual-use technologies, infrastructure, and emerging fields, while supporting relations with C-suite and board members and ecosystem-building initiatives.
