Our Story

GEM7 started at a crossroads in NYC. The subway stop that became our namesake embodies going into the unknown with the knowledge that what is waiting will get you to your destination — quickly, efficiently, and affordably.

We have a deep regard for founders and the rigors of building high-growth companies because we’ve been there. Each member of the team comes from a background of founding, guiding, or supporting start-ups with 30+ years in combined tech VC/start-up experience.

We seek to link founders to our own high-speed network of hands-on specialists, offering founders expertise in customer acquisition, forward-deployed guidance, and comprehensive support for every phase of international scaling.

She’s supported two unicorn journeys—at Drizly (acquired by Uber) and Chronosphere (acquired by Palo Alto Networks)—building hiring operations, operating rhythms, and cross-functional execution across Boston and New York City.

Experienced in working with startups in dual-use technologies, infrastructure, and emerging fields, while supporting relations with C-suite and board members and ecosystem-building initiatives.

Strategy, Venture Capital and GTM seasoned professional, with unique perspective from both investment and operating roles across CEE and U.S.

Former Venture Partner and Principal at two CEE VCs, Business Developer for an EU CVC, U.S. Expansion Lead at a EU seed stage startup, and Innovation Delivery Lead for a U.S. pharmaceutical corporation.

Ales is a Czech-American dual national with an MBA from DePaul University Chicago.

Ben's experience spans 20 years in entertainment and Broadway producing into a pivot with his 7 years' time in technology sales & marketing. His work with Outbound Growth Partners was born out of the constant need in startups for GTM management that meets the creative needs of today's buyers.

He is heavily involved in the New York tech scene, and continues to work across multiple verticals to identify buyers and develop healthy pipelines.
